Recently, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion went on to become the top grossing non-Malayalam movie in Kerala, by crossing the 20-Crore mark within 4 days of its run. Now, the film has also broken a major record set by Kabali & Dangal in Kochi multiplexes.

According to a report by Forum Keralam, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion has entered th 1-Crore club at the Kochi multiplexes, within 5 days of its run. Thus, the film has went on to become the fastest movie ever to reach the 1-Crore club at the Kochi multiplexes.

Earlier, this record was held by Rajinikanth starrer Kabali and Aamir Khan starrer Dangal, both of which entered the 1-Crore club within just 6 days of its run. At the same time, the collections of Baahubali 2 at the Kochi multiplexes are much consistent than it was for Kabali.

Pulimurugan & Ezra are the Malayalam movies that presently hold the record for the fastest Malayalam movies to enter the 1-Crore club. These movies achieved the feat within 8 days of its run.
