The Great Father Second Teaser Beats 1971 Beyond Borders Teaser!

The second official teaser of The Great Father, the upcoming Mammootty movie has surpassed the official teaser of 1971 Beyond Borders, the upcoming Mohanlal movie. 1971 Beyond Borders teaser had covered 1.4 Million views in 12 days.

But, the second teaser of The Great Father succeeded in crossing the 1.4 Million mark within just 20 hours of its release. The second teaser, which features Mammootty and Baby Anikha have been going viral on social media.

Meanwhile, the first teaser of The Great Father is all set to touch the 1 Crore mark very soon. It is the first Malayalam teaser to cross 1 Crore views, in the history of the Indian movie industry.

Even though the 1971 Beyond Borders teaser was expected to break the record set by The Great Father first teaser. But the Mohanlal movie teaser failed to beat the views of the Mammootty starrer.

The Great Father, which is written and directed by newcomer Haneef Adeni, is produced by Prithviraj, Santhosh Sivan, Shaji Nadesan, and Arya, for August Cinema. The movie is slated to be released on March 30.

1971 Beyond Borders, on the other hand, has been slated to hit the theatres on April 7, as Mohanlal's Vishu release. The movie, which is written and directed by Major Ravi, is produced by Red Rose Creations.
