James And Alice, which released in the year 2016 marked the directorial debut of renowned cinematographer Sujith Vaassudev. Prithviraj opted to do this film, which was more than just a love story. In fact, the actor and the cinematographer have worked in the past, as well, in movies like Memories, Seventh Day, Amar Akbar Anthony, Anarkali etc. Despite being a good attempt, the film couldn't make it good at the box office.

Prithviraj gave nod to this love story, which marked the debut of popular scenarist Sachy. The actor was spot on with his selection as the film managed to impress majority of the audiences.

Tamaar Padaar(2013) – Dileesh Nair
Tamaar Padaar directed by debutant Dileesh Nair is definitely one of the best movies of Prithviraj of this decade. Nevertheless, Prithviraj wasn't wrong with his selection as the movie gained fan following later on.
