With the eviction of Diya Sana in the previous week, the show is left with as many as 11 contestants. The nominations for the seventh week are also out, with 5 contestants entering the nomination's list. At the same time, in a surprising incident, one of the major contestants of the show had to bow out of the Bigg Boss house. Anjali Ameer has quit the show due to health issues. On Day 44, Anjali Ameer had complained about health issues and had requested Big Boss that she needs to consult a doctor. Later, she was moved to the hospital upon request.
On Day 45
Day 45 at the Bigg Boss house started off on a usual note and it progressed with the luxury budget task as well as the daily task. The team had gathered as much as 900 points in this week's luxury budget task, which was an interesting one.
Bigg Boss Called All The Inmates
After the completion of all the tasks, the members of the Bigg Boss house gathered at the main room. Bigg Boss had something to say to the members regarding Anjali Ameer, who was admitted to the hospital the previous day.

Bigg Boss started off by saying that Anjali Ameer, who was out of the house due to health reasons, has come back. But also added that Anjali Ameer will be quitting the show. The contestants were left sad hearing to this news.

Bigg Boss had asked the contestants to make the final moments of Anjali in the Bigg Boss house a memorable one and asked them to make her happy. All the contestants gave her a befitting goodbye and some of them even danced and sang for her.
