Mammootty's Much-awaited Movie Gets Selected To The IFFI 2018 As Well!

Mammootty has a long list of projects in the pipeline and there is one film in the big list, which has already fetched a lot of accolades, even before its big release in the theatres. Yes, we are talking about the movie Peranbu, for which both the Tamil as well as the Malayalam film audiences are eagerly waiting for.
At the same time, the Mammootty starrer Peranbu has fetched yet another big achievement, as it is all set to be screened at yet another major International Film Festival. According to a tweet sent out by Ramesh Bala, Peranbu is one among the 4 Tamil movies that has been selected to the Indian Panorama section at the 49th IFFI, which will be held in Goa in the month of November.
Well, this once again underlines the quality of this highly awaited film of Mammootty. Earlier, Peranbu was also screened at various other International Film Festivals. The first screening of the film was held at the Rotterdam International Film Festival and the movie had won the hearts of the audiences out there.
Peranbu has been directed by popular Tamil film-maker Ram. Apart from Mammootty, the film also features Anjali, Saadhana, Anjali Ameer, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Samuthirakkani, etc., in important roles. Meanwhile, the makers are yet to make an announcement regarding the theatrical release date of the movie.
