The film, starring Prithviraj in the lead role and directed by newcomer Nirmal Sahadev, had a good hype surrounding it and it opened to some good reviews from the critics. The crime-drama, which has a realistic narrative pattern, has been well accepted by its genre lovers. Now, Ranam is all set to complete 1 week of its run in the theatres. Opening Day Collections
Ranam, which released on Thursday, had enjoyed a fine start at the box office. According to a report by Forum Keralam, the Prithviraj starrer had collected 6.56 Lakhs from 25 shows in total at a good occupancy rate.
4-day Long Weekend
The film had enjoyed a 4-day-long weekend. There was a slight reduction in the collections on the second day, which was a Friday. But later, on Saturday and Sunday, Ranam regained the steady run. In total, Ranam managed to fetch approximately 22.84 Lakhs from the 4 days of its run at the Kochi multiplexes.

Monday Test
On Monday, Ranam got as much as 9 shows and the movie went on to fetch 1.87 Lakhs at an occupancy rate of 65.56%. It was indeed a decent first Monday for the movie.
6 Days Collections
At the same time, Ranam witnessed a slight dip in the collections on the sixth day at the Kochi multiplexes. According to a report by Forum Keralam, the film fetched 1.32 Lakhs on Tuesday from 17 shows. The occupancy rate was also on the lower side. In total, Ranam has fetched 26.04 Lakhs so far from the Kochi multiplexes.
