Aadujeevitham, Kaaliyan & More: Prithviraj Sukumaran Films To Watch Out For In 2020!
Prithviraj Sukumaran, the actor-director is going through the best phase of his career so far, with some highly promising projects lining up. With the consecutive box office successes of his last two releases Driving License and Ayyappanum Koshiyum, Prithviraj is right back on the top league of the Malayalam film industry. The actor is currently in Jordan for the next schedule shooting of Aadujeevitham, the upcoming Blessy directorial.

Aadujeevitham
Prithviraj is joining hands with filmmaker Blessy for the first time in his career, for the survival drama Aadujeevitham. The project will mark the comeback of legendary musician AR Rahman to Malayalam cinema, after a long gap of around 2 decades. Prithviraj has shed around 30 kilos for his character in the project, which is based on Benyamin's best-selling novel of the same name.
Kaaliyan
Kaaliyan, the upcoming historical drama features Prithviraj Sukumaran in the titular role. The movie, which is directed by S Mahesh reportedly revolves around the life of the fierce warriors of Venad. The team is currently busy with the casting and pre-production of this epic drama, which is expected to start rolling by mid-2020.
Ayalvaashi
Prithviraj will soon share the screen with his elder brother, the popular actor Indrajith Sukumaran in the upcoming movie Ayalvaashi. The movie will mark the directorial debut of Irshad Parari, who was an assistant of Prithviraj in his directorial debut Lucifer. The project is produced by the actor's home banner Prithviraj Productions.
Kaduva
The actor-director is all set to play the lead role in the upcoming project Kaduva, which marks the comeback of the senior filmmaker Shaji Kailas. The movie, which is said to be an out and out mass entertainer will mark Prithviraj's second collaboration with the director after Simhasanam, the 2012-released project. Kaduva is also produced by Prithviraj Productions.
Empuraan
Prithviraj will don the director's hat once again with the sequel of his directorial debut Lucifer, which has been titled Empuraan. The actor-director will also reprise his character, Zayed Masood, from the original, in the Mohanlal starrer. If things fall in place, Prithviraj and his team will kickstart the pre-production of the project by the last quarter of 2020.
