Thuramukham, Padavettu & More: Nivin Pauly Films To Watch Out For In 2020!
Nivin Pauly, the crowd-puller of Malayalam cinema is totally busy in his career with some highly promising projects. As we all know, Nivin Pauly is now slowly moving away from his comfort zone and is trying a hand in different genres. The actor is currently experimenting with the projects he takes up and the characters he plays. Nivin Pauly was last seen in the acclaimed movie Moothon, which marked the Malayalam directorial debut of the renowned actress-filmmaker Geetu Mohandas.

Thuramukham
Thuramukham, the highly-anticipated upcoming movie marks Nivin Pauly's first collaboration with Rajeev Ravi, the director-cinematographer. The movie, which is said to be a period thriller, reportedly revolves around the 'Chappa' system that existed in the coastal areas of Cochin during the 1950s.
The Rajeev Ravi directorial is said to be based on the popular play of the same name, which was written by KM Chidambaram. Thuramukham is scripted by Gopan Chidamabaram, the popular writer and son of KM Chidambaram. The movie features Nimisha Sajayan as the female lead.
Padavettu
Padavettu, the upcoming project which features Nivin Pauly in the lead role, marks the production debut of the popular actor Sunny Wayne. The movie, which is written and directed by newcomer Liju Krishna, will feature Nivin Pauly in two different looks. The actor has gained weight for his character, which demands him to be overweight.
Aditi Balan, the Aruvi fame actress appears as the female lead opposite Nivin Pauly in the movie, thus marking her Malayalam debut. Manju Warrier, the lady superstar of Malayalam cinema will share the screen with Nivin for the first time in Padavettu. Reportedly, Manju is making an extended cameo appearance in the movie.
The Other Projects
Nivin Pauly will soon team up with Vysakh, the hitmaker for the first time in his career, for the upcoming action thriller Gauri. Apart from this, Nivin Pauly is also in talks with the popular filmmaker Abrid Shine for a sequel of their highly acclaimed movie Action Hero Biju. The actor might also make a special appearance in his mentor-friend Vineeth Sreenivasan's upcoming directorial venture Hridayam, which features Pranav Mohanlal in the lead role.
