2018 Movie Box Office Collection Day 19: Jude Anthany's Multi-Starrer Wins Hearts, Money, & Acclaim!
The movie co-written and directed by Jude Anthany Joseph, 2018 Everyone Is A Hero AKA 2018, is now the most-profitable venture of the Malayalam movie industry so far. The movie which hit the screens on May 5, is running successfully in theatres all over the world.
Owing to the great response the movie garnered in the original, the filmmakers have decided to dub the movie in other major southern languages- Telugu and Tamil. The movie is now ready to enthrall regional film buffs from May 26.
2018 Movie Story
The movie is a Malayalam survival thriller by Jude Anthnay Joseph, who wrote the screenplay with Akhil P Dharmajan. The film was based on actual events during the 2018 Kerala floods. The film was earlier set for a theatrical release on April 21 but was then postponed. Although a delay in release, the movie was released to a thumping response at the box office. The movie is continuing to mint money.

The movie made more than Rs 100 Crore within 11 days of its release, becoming the highest-grossing Malayalam film of the year and the third-highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time, to date.
