Darshana Rajendran-Starrer Purusha Pretham To Release Directly On THIS OTT Platform On March 24

Purusha Pretham is the upcoming film starring 'Hridayam,' and 'Jaya Jaya Jaya Jay Hey' actress Darshana Rajendran in the lead role. The movie is going to head for a direct OTT release.

Purusha Pretham is touted to be a police procedural, satirical comedy that is directed by Krishand. Krishand earlier made Aavasavyuham, a comedy drama which was quite successful. The movie was a mockumentary, and Krishand drew inspiration from the comic book character Swamp Thing. Director won two prestigious awards- Kerala State Film Award and Padmarajan Award for Aavasavyuham.

The movie which stars Jagadish and Alexander Prashant along with Darshana Rajendran is skipping its theatrical release. Like how director Krishand's earlier film Aavasavyuham hit the digital streaming platform directly, this time too, the movie is all set to premiere on SonyLIV for its subscribers. The movie will begin streaming from March 24.
