Prithviraj Sukumaran is All Set For His OTT Debut With A Biopic Titled 'Biscuit Barron'; Saregama To Bankroll!

Malayalam actor-director-producer, the multi-talented Prithviraj Sukumaran is going all places well with his sheer hard work. Thanks to the lockdown, the actor won a huge fan base out of Kerala, including other south-Indian states- Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and the two Telugu-speaking states. Prithviraj is also a popular face in Bollywood after his debut with Rani Mukherjee's critically acclaimed film 'Aiyyaa', in 2012. The actor is now one of the most looked up to, for the kind of films he does and the power-packed performances he delivers with ease.

Prithviraj Sukumaran OTT Debut
While it was earlier reported that the actor will make his OTT debut with a web series based on the life of Rajan Pillai, nicknamed the 'Biscuit Barron' of India, the official confirmation on the same has come. According to a report in Pink Villa, the actor will begin shooting for the biopic once he winds up shooting L2 Empuraan and Salaar. This might take another year now.

Vice President of Saregama, Siddharth Anand Kumar confirmed the news saying that the project has been conceived and the script work is underway.

The actor is one of the most-busiest these days, with his dairy almost full for 2024. He finished shooting for the first schedule of a Hindi film titled 'Bade Miya Chote Miyan'. He is taking part in the shooting of pan-India star Prabhas' film 'Salaar' with Prashanth Neel. In addition, he is actively involved in the re-production works of Lucifer's sequel, L2: Empuraan.

Prithviraj Sukumaran's crime movies are being remade in other south languages as well. The actor, who helmed the successful 2019 political thriller with Mohanlal, Lucifer, is now set to make his straight OTT debut. The news is official as Saregama
