Subi Suresh suffered an irrevocable liver damage. The small screen actress was also vocal about her condition and blamed her unhealthy lifestyle. As quoted by Onmanorama, Subi once opened up on her health issues on her YouTube channel in 2022. In light of her death, her words about health condition and lifestyle habits have been going viral on the internet.

She revealed that not taking care of herself-not eating on time has caused her a great deal of suffering. During the episode, she even appealed to her followers to not neglect meals after saying that she was hospitalized for about 10 days following a health upset.

In her words, "I didn't put out any videos for some time because, I landed in a workshop in my language. My habits also have to be right. It's nothing special, but due to the habit of not having food and medicines on time, I started facing health problems. I fell sick during a shoot. I had body ache, chest pain, gastric problems, and incessant vomiting to the point where my body couldn't digest even tender coconut water."

Subi also was quoted saying, "I get totally exhausted if I go without food for two days. With the gastric issues, I felt pain on my back and on my chest. I turned tense and got a ECG test after shoulder pain. My Potassium count was less although other factors were ruled out. Even after that, I didn't make a plan of my schedule and take medicines on time. I continued with shootings and travel as I couldn't sit idle and prefer being on the go. I am not after money but I'm crazy about work. My younger brother supports me and travels with me. I used to eat only when I feel like eating."

There is a stone in the pancreas, and I took medicines when I was admitted in the hospital. The stone had to be removed and my body lacks essential nutrients. I was put on drips. My lethargic attitude led to my present condition, added Subi.

While urging her fans to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Subi said, "I'm telling you this so that you can avoid what happened to me. Try to have some food at regular intervals and focus on fruits and greens. Those who are on medications should consume them on time or else you may experience physical difficulties."
