Actor Nivin Pauly Accused Of Molestation; Case Registered Under Non-Bailable Section, Reports

Nivin Pauly Accused Of Molestation: After multiple accusations against various filmmakers and actors amid Hema Committee reports, another woman comes up with seriosus allegations against actor Nivin Pauly. The woman has accused Nivin of molesting her in the name of giving her work. It was further reported that a non-bailable case is registered against the actor taking into consideration the seriousness of the matter.

Nivin Pauly Booked Under Molestation Charge

Nivin Pauly was booked under the serious allegations when a woman accused him of taking her in Dubai in the name of giving her work. She was also promised to have a role in a movie, however, she was abused there. The woman has also named 5 other people, who were also there along with Nivin Pauly, and molested her in a hotel room, as stated in the FIR. Among 5 accused, there was filmmaker AK Sun, and other accused were Kuttan, Shreya, and Basheer. The accusations and charges against the actor come after the Hema Committee Report which revealed the heinous acts made against women by the noted Malayalam filmmakers and actors.

More About Nivin Pauly's Involvement In The Molestation Case

The report was primarily recieved by Ernakulam rural SP two months ago, who later handed over the case to Onunkal Police. Later, police conducted a preliminary investigation after which the case was registered against the actor. According to the reports, a special investigation team will take up the case to look into the matter further.
