Anwar Synopsis
In Anwar, a Malayalam action thriller, the story unfolds around the Coimbatore bomb blast. Officer Stalin Manimaran arrests local leader Babu Sait as a suspect. A year later, Anwar, a young Malayali from the USA, is imprisoned alongside Babu Sait and becomes fascinated by his terrorist activities. After gaining Babu Sait's trust, Anwar embarks on a violent path, targeting drug dealers and planning bombings. However, memories of his family's tragic death in the Coimbatore blast haunt him. As Anwar infiltrates Babu Sait's gang, he plots revenge, leading to a shocking confrontation that exposes betrayal and a quest for justice.
Anwar Cast And Crew
The cast of Anwar features an impressive lineup of talent, led by Prithviraj Sukumaran in the title role as Anwar Ahmed. Joining him are Prakash Raj as DIG Stalin Manimaran IPS, Lal as Babu Mather (alias Babu Sait), and Mamta Mohandas as Ayesha Begum.
