"Ajayante Randam Moshanam" begins with a grandmother recounting the legend of the sacred Chyothivilakku lamp, crafted from a fallen asteroid. The story weaves through generations of heroes and thieves, centering on Ajayan, a present-day electrician. As he embarks on a mission to recover the lamp, he also confronts his grandfather's legacy and embarks on a personal quest for true love.

The cast of Ajayante Randam Moshanam features Tovino Thomas in a triple role, portraying Kunjikelu, a warrior; Maniyan, a thief; and N.V. Ajayan, an electrician. Roshan plays young Ajayan, with Krithi Shetty as his love interest, Lakshmi, and Anvi as young Lakshmi. Aishwarya Rajesh takes on the role of Chothi, while Surabhi Lakshmi appears as Manikyam, Maniyan's wife. Basil Joseph stars as K.P. Suresh, Harish Uthaman as Sudev, and Shivajith as Kavumbayi Sudhakaran. Rohini plays Maniyan's daughter and Ajayan's mother, and Jagadish is seen as Kollan Naanu.
