Baburaj & Shrikumar Menon Accused Of Sexual Assault: The Malayalam industry has left the world in grave shock as several sexual abuse incidents from the industry have come to light lately which has left everyone brimming with an opinion. While several big shots have been named in the ongoing scandal, it is reported that two new names have joined the shocking row. We are talking about actor Baburaj and director Shrikumar Menon who have been accused of sexual assault by a junior artist.

Actor Baburaj Sexually Assaulted A Junior Artist

According to a report published in 24 News, a junior artist has alleged that actor Baburaj had sexually assaulted her on the pretext of giving her work. The junior artiste alleged that Baburaj had called her to his house in Aluva and promised her a full length story. This isn't all. The victim also claimed that while Baburaj had convinced her that screenwriter and the director were at the house in Aluva, he forced himself on her and sexually assaulted her. The woman also alleged that she isn't the only one who have been a victim of Baburaj's advances but others are maintaining a stoic stance.

Shine Tom Chacko's Name Raised In Controversy

According to media reports, the victim has claimed that she was even contacted by several individuals on the pretext of giving her a role opposite Shine Tom Chacko and even claimed that the Vivekanandan Viralanu actor had asked to facilitate the meetings.

Director Shrikumar Menon Accused Of Sexual Assault

In another shocking allegation, the victim also alleged that she was sexually harassed by director Shrikumar Menon. Reportedly, the junior artist alleged that she was contacted continuously for an advertisement film.

Meanwhile, Baburaj has rubbished the allegations and stated that he already knew that such allegations will be made against him sooner or later post the release of the Hema Committee report, which has prompted several women to come forward with similar claims
