Bougainville Box Office Collection Day 2 Early Updates: The latest Malayalam-language psychological crime-thriller has been enjoying a decent box office run in cinemas. Directed by Amal Neerad, the movie had its much-anticipated theatrical release on 17th October 2024. Inspired by Jose's novel 'Ruthinte Lokam' (2019), Bougainvillea stars Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban and Jyothirmayi in the lead along with Sharaf U Dheen, Veena Nandakumar and Srinda in pivotal roles.

For those unversed, the movie marks Jyothirmayi's comeback to movies after an 11-year-long hiatus. As per the same report, the movie had an overall 18.67% Malayalam Occupancy on Friday (October 18, 2024). For those unversed, the Fahadh Faasil starrer surpassed Mammootty's 'Bramayugam' on day 1, which had an opening of Rs 3.10 cr.
