VJ Machan Arrested In POCSO Case: Popular Malayalam YouTuber VJ Machan, whose real name is Govind VJ, has been arrested in connection with a POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) case. The arrest followed a complaint lodged by a 16-year-old girl from Kochi, who accused the YouTuber of sexual misconduct.

VJ Machan, a social media influencer from Mannar in Alappuzha, has amassed a following of approximately 250,000 on platforms like YouTube and Instagram. His arrest took place early this morning when Kalamassery police apprehended him from his flat in Kochi.

VJ Machan's Mobile Seized As Part Of The Ongoing Probe

According to the complaint filed by the girl at the Kalamassery police station, she became acquainted with VJ Machan through social media, after which the alleged abuse occurred. In response to the complaint, the police have initiated an investigation, seizing VJ Machan's mobile phone as part of their probe.

Further interrogation of the accused is currently underway as the police gather more details related to the case.
