Ganapathi Booked For Drunk Driving By Police: Actor Ganapathi, widely recognized for his role in the Malayalam blockbuster Manjummel Boys, has been booked by the Kalamassery Police in Ernakulam for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Reports state that the incident occurred on Saturday night when police intercepted a speeding car traveling from Aluva to Kalamassery. Ganapathi was taken into custody, formally arrested, and later released on bail.

Ganapathi's Journey in Malayalam Cinema

Ganapathi, a prominent figure in Malayalam cinema, began his career as a dubbing artist for Santhosh Sivan's Anandabhadram. He debuted as a child actor in the bilingual film Before The Rains, directed by Santhosh Sivan. He gained widespread recognition with his performance in Sathyan Anthikkad's Vinodayathra. Over the years, he has portrayed varied roles, including leading performances in movies like Chithrashalabhangalude Veedu and Vallikudilile Vellakkaran, as well as memorable character roles in Kamattipaadam, Puthan Panam, and Chunkzz.

Ganapathi expanded his repertoire by co-writing and starring in Jan.E.Man (2021), directed by his brother Chidambaram.
