According to a report by Mathrubhumi, Nivin Pauly suspects that the allegations are part of a scheme orchestrated by individuals within the film industry. He has formally addressed these concerns in a complaint submitted to the Crime Branch's Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) and personally delivered his statement at the Crime Branch office.

The controversy began after the release of the Hema Committee report, which saw several individuals, including prominent actresses, come forward with sexual harassment claims against various actors and directors. Among those named was Nivin Pauly, who faced a serious allegation that he had harassed a complainant in a Dubai hotel room under the guise of offering a professional opportunity. Nivin Pauly vehemently denied these claims, asserting his innocence and pledging to take legal action against the accuser.

In the wake of these allegations, several prominent figures, including Vineeth Srinivasan, actress Parvathy Krishna, and Bhagat Manuel, have stepped forward with evidence aimed at disproving the accuser's claims. Their intervention has added a layer of complexity to the case.

Now, Nivin Pauly has taken a more formal approach by lodging a detailed complaint with the Crime Branch. The special investigation team, led by Crime Branch ADGP H. In his complaint, Nivin has requested a comprehensive investigation into the origins of these allegations, indicating that he suspects a significant conspiracy involving people from within the film industry.

Furthermore, Nivin Pauly had previously sent an email complaint to the Director General of Police (DGP) when the harassment allegations first surfaced, reiterating his stance of innocence and seeking justice.
