Nivin Pauly Reacts To S*xual Abuse Allegations: The ongoing #MeToo controversy in the Kerala film industry has taken the entire nation by storm. In the wake of Hema Committee Report, several women from Mollywood, including female actresses, have been coming forward and sharing their horrid tales of s*xual abuse, gender discrimination, casting couch against male Malayalam actors, producers among others.

In a shocking turn of events, Malayalam actor-producer Nivin Pauly has been recently accused of s*xual abuse. According to reports, a woman has allegedly accused him of molesting her in the name of giving her work. Reportedly, a non-bailable case was registered against the Mollywood star.

Malayalam Actor Nivin Pauly Booked Under Rape Amid Hema Committee Report Controversy

On Tuesday evening (September 3), reports of popular Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly allegedly molesting a woman in the name of giving her work went viral on the internet amid the ongoing Hema Committee Report controversy. According to a report by mediaoneonline, a woman had allegedly accused Nivin Pauly and 5 others, including Malayalam producer AK Sunil, for s*xually assaulting her. As per her claims, the incident had taken place in Dubai last year in November when the Premam actor allegedly took her there and promised her to offer a role in films.

Soon after this, the Bangalore Days actor took to his social media and dismissed the allegations labelled against him. Calling them 'false' and 'baseless', Nivin Pauly has revealed that he's 'determined to go to any extent' to prove his innocence.

He has also vowed to take necessary legal actions against those responsible for the fake accusations.

His statement read, "I have come across a false news report accusing me of abusing a girl. Please know that this is entirely untrue. I'm determined to go to any extent to prove these allegations are baseless and will take all necessary steps to bring those responsible to light. Thank you for your concern. The rest will be handled legally."
