Actor Bala Booked For Alleged Forgery After Complaint By Ex-Wife, Singer Amrutha Suresh

Bala Faces Legal Trouble Over Alleged Forgery In Divorce Settlement: Actor Bala has been booked by the police following a complaint filed by his ex-wife, singer Amrutha Suresh. According to a report by Reporterlive, the complaint alleges forgery in court documents related to their divorce settlement. The case was registered at the Ernakulam Central Police Station.
As per the complaint, Bala allegedly tampered with the compromise agreement in their divorce settlement and forged Amrutha's signature. It is further alleged that he created a fake fifth page of the agreement, manipulated insurance policies in their daughter's name, failed to pay the premium, withdrew the insurance amount, and misappropriated Rs 15 lakh deposited in a bank for their daughter. Additionally, Bala is accused of misleading the court by submitting a forged document. However, in response to the allegations, Bala has reportedly stated that he is unaware of the case.
Bala and Amrutha's Legal Disputes Continue
This is not the first legal dispute between the former couple. Earlier, Bala was arrested following Amrutha's complaint, alleging that he had defamed her on social media. His remarks, including those about their daughter, led to the arrest. In that case, Bala's manager Rajesh and friend Ananthakrishnan were also named as accused, as per a report by Reporterlive.
The case is currently under investigation, and further developments are awaited.
