Bazooka Box Office Collection Day 1 Early Updates: Mammootty’s Actioner Earns 10% Of Empuraan’s Opening Day

Bazooka Box Office Collection Day 1 Early Updates: Bazooka has finally hit the big screen on April 10, 2025. The Mammootty starrer was one of the most anticipated movies of 2025 in the Malayalam industry and the movie has a face-off with Alappuzha Gymkhana and Maranamass at the box office. To note more, Empuraan, which was released on March 27, is still running at the box office and doing well, so technically, the Mammootty starrer is facing-off with the Mohanlal starrer at the same time as well. However, witnessing the early updates, it can be said that Bazooka is left far behind the Mohanlal movie in terms of box office collection.

Bazooka, which is made on a budget of Rs. 28 Cr, stars Gautham Vasudev Menon, Iswarya Menon, Bhama Arun, Gayathiri Iyer, Divya Pillai, Jagadish, among others apart from Mammootty. Helmed by Deeno Dennis, who made his directorial debut with the film, the movie is bankrolled by Yoodle Films and Theatre of Dreams.

Bazooka Box Office Collection Day 1 Early Updates

Now, coming to the box office collection, Bazooka has earned Rs. 2.18 Cr as of 6pm on day 1, according to the early updates of Sacnilk. The movie has still not been able to collect 10% of the movie's budget. However, it still has 4 hours to perform at the box office, and it is expected to collect around Rs. 4-4.5 Cr on day 1.

Bazooka Earns Only 10% Of Empuraan So Far

While Bazooka earned only Rs. 2.18 Cr so far, Empuraan has earned Rs. 21 Cr on its opening day. That means, Bazooka has minted only 10% of Empuraan so far as of 6pm. Seeing the trend in collection, it can be said that Bazooka will not be able to surpass the collection of Empuraan on day 1. However, if we compare Empuraan day 15's collection with Bazooka's opening day collection, the latter is performing better than the Mohanlal starrer as Empuraan collected only Rs. 44 lakhs so far.
