According to film industry tracker AB George's post on X (formerly Twitter), Bromance is witnessing strong box office growth in the UAE-GCC region. The film grossed $82K on its opening day, followed by a 50% increase on day two, earning $122K. With a total collection of $204K (₹1.76 crore) in just two days, Bromance is off to a promising start in the overseas market.

Bromance was directed by Arun D Jose, with a screenplay and dialogues by Raveesh Nath and Thomas P Sebastian. The film was produced by Ashiq Usman under Au Productions, with cinematography by Akhil George and editing by Chaman Chakko. Govind Vasantha composed the music, while Nimesh M Thanoor handled production design. Mashar Hamsa worked as the costume designer, and Ronex Xavier oversaw makeup.
Action sequences were choreographed by Supreme Sundar and Mafia Sasi, with dance choreography by Shobi Paul Raj and Pramesh Dev. The film's executive producer was Khadeeja Ashiq, and Sudhrmman Vallikkunnu served as the production controller. Lyrics were written by Suhail Koya, Titto P Thankachan, Kiran Kavarappa, Wild Wild Women, Mc Cooper, and Muns.
