Bromance was directed by Arun D Jose, with a screenplay and dialogues by Raveesh Nath and Thomas P Sebastian. Govind Vasantha composed the music, while Nimesh M Thanoor served as the production designer. The film featured costume design by Mashar Hamsa and makeup by Ronex Xavier.
