Dies Irae Box Office Collection: Dies Irae, the Malayalam horror thriller directed by Rahul Sadasivan and starring Pranav Mohanlal, has completed its first ten days in theaters, reportedly grossing an estimated ₹34.85 crore net in India, according to box office tracking site Sacnilk. Produced by Chakravarthy Ramachandra and S. Sashikanth under Night Shift Studios and YNOT Studios, the film continues the narrative thread established by Bhoothakalam and Bramayugam.

Released worldwide on 31 October 2025, Dies Irae opened with ₹4.7 crore on its first day, followed by ₹5.7 crore and ₹6.35 crore on Sunday. After the initial spike, collections stabilized during weekdays, eventually reaching around ₹26.45 crore in its opening week. The second weekend contributed an additional ₹8.4 crore approximately, bringing the ten-day total to ₹34.85 crore. The majority of the revenue came from Kerala, with smaller contributions from other regions.

'Dies Irae' Cast, Technical Team And Storyline

The film features Pranav Mohanlal in the lead, supported by Gibin Gopinath, Jaya Kurup, Arun Ajikumar, Sreedhanya, Madan Babu K., Sudha Sukumari, Subha Sumithran, and a cameo by Saiju Kurup. The technical team includes cinematographer Shehnad Jalal, editor Shafique Mohammed Ali, production designer Jothish Shankar, music composer Christo Xavier, and VFX by Digibricks. The narrative follows Rohan Shankar, an Indo-American architect residing in Kerala, who experiences unexplained supernatural occurrences after the death of a former acquaintance. With the help of Madhu, a local versed in traditional exorcism practices, Rohan investigates these mysterious events, uncovering links between restless spirits and past incidents affecting the people around him.
