Dies Irae follows Rohan Shankar (Pranav Mohanlal), the son of a wealthy Indian-American architect, whose life unravels after the mysterious death of a Bharatanatyam dancer named Kani (Sushmita Bhat). Following his visit to her home, Rohan begins to encounter unexplained phenomena, leading him to seek help from Madhusudanan Potti (Gibin Gopinath), an occult practitioner. What begins as an investigation into supernatural events soon spirals into a grim exploration of ritual, memory, and vengeance.
