Eko Box Office Collection Day 4: Sandeep Pradeep's Film Nears ₹8 Crore In Domestic Earnings

Sandeep Pradeep s Eko Box Office Collection Day 4

Eko Box Office Collection: The Malayalam mystery thriller Eko, directed by Dinjith Ayyathan, wrapped up its first Monday on a comparatively softer note after displaying notable momentum over the weekend. Released on November 21, 2025, the film marks the debut production of Aaradyaa Studios, backed by MRK Jhayaram, and brings together director Dinjith Ayyathan and writer-cinematographer Bahul Ramesh once again, following their earlier collaboration on Kishkindha Kaandam.

Starring Sandeep Pradeep in the lead, along with Vineeth, Narain, Binu Pappu, Ashokan, Biana Momin, Sim Zhi Fei, NG Hung Shen, Ranjith Shekhar, and Saheer Muhammed, Eko unfolds in the fog-laden landscape of Kaattukunnu. The plot explores the intertwined struggles of Mlaathi Chedathi and Peeyoos as they confront mysteries surrounding Kuriyachan, a businessman and outlaw whose lore straddles the boundaries of myth and reality. The film also functions as the concluding chapter in Bahul Ramesh's "Animal Trilogy," which includes Kishkindha Kaandam and Kerala Crime Files: Season 2. While each story stands independently, all three share thematic elements of crime, morality, and the omnipresent influence of nature.

According to early box office estimates from Sacnilk, Eko has collected ₹7.55 crore net in India over its first four days. The film began modestly on Friday with ₹0.8 crore, but its collections surged significantly on Saturday, doubling to ₹1.85 crore. The upward trend continued into Sunday, with the film posting ₹3.05 crore, marking its strongest day yet. Monday recorded a decline in earnings, in line with typical weekday trends, with earnings estimated at ₹1.85 crore (rough data), a drop from the weekend peak but still a relatively steady weekday figure compared to many new releases.

Eko - Day-Wise Box Office Collection

Day 1 (Friday): ₹0.8 crore

Day 2 (Saturday): ₹1.85 crore

Day 3 (Sunday): ₹3.05 crore

Day 4 (Monday): ₹1.85 crore (rough data)

Total: ₹7.55 crore

The solid weekend trajectory suggests that the film benefited from early word-of-mouth, while the Monday decline reflects typical post-weekend patterns. Eko's weekday hold will play a decisive role in shaping its first-week total.

Behind the scenes, the film's technical department includes music by Mujeeb Majeed, editing by Sooraj E. S., and art direction by Sajeesh Thamarassery. Audiography is handled by Vishnu Govind, with DI completed at Color Planet Studios, under colourist Srik Varier. The production also features VFX contributions from IVFX, costume design by Sujith Sudhakaran, and still photography by Rinson M. B. Subtitling for the film is done by Vivek Renjit of Break Borders.

As Eko̅ enters Day 5 today, industry observers will be watching how the film performs through the midweek phase. The coming days will provide clearer insight into whether the title can maintain its momentum ahead of the second weekend, which will be critical in determining its overall box office run.
