According to box office tracking site Sacnilk, Eko̅ collected an estimated ₹11.66 crore net in India over its first seven days. The film's daily performance showed a strong weekend following steady weekday collections. Mystery Thriller, Trilogy Finale, and Technical Details

Set in the misty hills of Kaattukunnu, Eko̅ follows Mlaathi Chedathi and Peeyoos as they struggle to survive unforeseen challenges, while the chronicles of Kuriyachan, a multifaceted businessman and outlaw, blur the line between myth, longing, and reckoning, revealing his lasting influence over the region.

Eko̅ serves as the final chapter of Bahul Ramesh's "Animal Trilogy," which includes Kishkindha Kaandam and Kerala Crime Files: Season 2. Each of the three standalone stories shares a spiritual essence, exploring crimes, moral conflicts, and human dilemmas within a world where the presence of animals plays a significant, symbolic role.

The technical crew for Eko̅ includes music by Mujeeb Majeed, editing by Sooraj E S, production design by Sajeesh Thamarassery, and cinematography by Bahul Ramesh. Audiography was handled by Vishnu Govind, while costume design was overseen by Sujith Sudhakaran. Visual effects were completed by IVFX, and DI work was managed by Color Planet Studios, with color grading by Srik Varier. Marketing and promotional activities were carried out by Yellowtooths and Snakeplant LLP, while Muzik247 provided the music label.

The film's box office performance over its first week indicates a steady audience turnout, with the weekend providing the bulk of the collections. As the film enters its second week, industry observers will monitor whether word-of-mouth and critical reception influence its ongoing performance, particularly across Kerala and other key regions where Malayalam cinema has a strong following.
