Eko Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 7: Sandeep Pradeep Starrer Film Crosses ₹20 Crore Globally

Eko Worldwide Box Office Collection: The Malayalam mystery thriller Eko̅, starring Sandeep Pradeep in the lead role, continues its steady theatrical run as it completes one week at the worldwide box office. Directed by Dinjith Ayyathan and written and shot by Bahul Ramesh, the film was released in cinemas on November 21, 2025. As of its seventh day, industry tracker AB George reports that the film's worldwide gross has crossed ₹20.5 crore, indicating a stable performance across major markets.
According to the same trade source, Eko̅ has shown a strong hold during weekdays, a factor often seen as crucial for sustaining overall box office momentum beyond the opening weekend. While official figures are yet to be announced, early trade estimates suggest that the film has managed to retain consistent footfalls in several centers in Kerala and select overseas territories.
Produced by MRK Jhayaram under the banner of Aaradyaa Studios, Eko̅ marks the debut production venture of the studio. The film features Vineeth, Narain, Binu Pappu, Ashokan, Biana Momin, Sim Zhi Fei, NG Hung Shen, Ranjith Shekhar, and Saheer Muhammed in prominent roles alongside Sandeep Pradeep. The collaboration between director Dinjith Ayyathan and cinematographer-writer Bahul Ramesh follows their earlier work on Kishkindha Kaandam.
Story, Trilogy Link, and Key Technical Details of Eko̅
Set against the backdrop of the misty hills of Kaattukunnu, Eko̅ follows the struggles of Mlaathi Chedathi and Peeyoos as they face a series of unexpected challenges. Running parallel to their story are the chronicles of Kuriyachan, a businessman with an outlaw past, whose presence shapes both the physical and emotional landscape of the region. The narrative blends elements of mystery, crime, and human conflict within an atmospheric setting.
The film also serves as the concluding chapter of Bahul Ramesh's "Animal Trilogy," which includes Kishkindha Kaandam and Kerala Crime Files: Season 2. Though the three projects are not direct sequels, they are connected by shared thematic concerns involving crime, morality, and the symbolic presence of animals within their respective narrative worlds.
On the technical front, Eko̅ features music composed by Mujeeb Majeed and editing by Sooraj E S. The art direction was handled by Sajeesh Thamarassery, while audiography was overseen by Vishnu Govind. Costume design was by Sujith Sudhakaran, and visual effects were executed by IVFX.
As the film enters its second week in theaters, trade observers will be tracking whether it can maintain its weekday performance and convert it into sustained weekend growth.
