Empuraan Collection Day 13 (Early Trend): Mohanlal Starrer Enters To 100 Cr Club; Struggles Ahead Of 3rd Week

L2: Empuraan Box Office Collection Day 13 Early Updates: Mohanlal's return as 'Khureshi Ab'raam/Stephen Nedumpally' in L2: Empuraan aka 'L2E' has recorded a boost at the Mollywood box office. Directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, the Malayalam-language pan-India sequel had its highly-anticipated grand theatrical release on 27th March 2025. The action-thriller sequel is all set to complete two weeks on big screens tomorrow but ahead of its 3rd week, the film is struggling to pull audiences to theatres.

L2: Empuraan Box Office Collection Day 12 (2nd Monday)

Starring Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead L2: Empuraan marks the highly-anticipated sequel to their 2019 blockbuster 'Lucifer'. The sequel has not only emerged as the most successful Mollywood movie of the year but also the highest-opening film in Kerala.

Amid strong pre-release buzz, Lucifer 2 aka L2: Empuraan opened to a whopping box office collection of Rs 21 cr, as per Sacnilk. Due to the craze, the film went on to touch Rs 99.9 cr in 12 days. As per trade tracking site Sacnilk, the film saw a sharp drop by around 59.74% yesterday (2nd Monday, April 7). With an overseas earning of around Rs 140.20 cr, L2E grossed Rs 257 cr (approx.) worldwide.

L2 Empuraan Box Office Collection Today Early Trend

After the second weekend, the Mohanlal starrer seems to be struggling. During the week days last week, the movie had recorded a slow growth. Now, according to the real-time Sacnilk updates, Empuraan has managed to enter to the Rs 100 cr-club. Till 7:15 PM, the film has added Rs 77 cr, taking the total estimated collection to Rs 100.67 cr as of now.

L2 Empuraan Occupancy Report Day 13 (2nd Tuesday)

As reported by Sacnilk, L2: Empuraan recorded an overall 14.26% Malayalam Occupancy today (2nd Tuesday) till now. To note, the night show figures are yet to come.
