Hello Mummy features an ensemble cast led by Sharaf U Dheen as Boney and Aishwarya Lekshmi as Stephy. Jagadish plays Stephy's father, Samuel, while Johny Antony portrays Boney's father, Philip. Sunny Hinduja appears as Aashabha, with Bindu Panicker taking on the role of Kanchamma, also known as Professor. The film also includes Aju Varghese as Boss, an investigative broadcaster, Joemon Jyothir as Bichu, Arun Cherukavil as Fr. Francis, Ganga Meera as Solly, Sruthy Suresh as Boney's sister, and Adhri Joe as Boney's brother-in-law.
