According to reports, Chemmanur was taken into custody from his resort in Wayanad. Yesterday Honey Rose took to Instagram, revealing that she had lodged a formal complaint against Boby Chemmanur. In her post, she stated, "I have filed a complaint against you (Boby Chemmanur) at the Ernakulam Central Police Station for repeated obscene remarks towards me. There will also be complaints against your accomplices who reflect your mindset. While you believe in the power of your money, I believe in the strength of the legal system in India."

Honey Rose first brought the matter to light through an Instagram post, where she criticized double entendre remarks and comments without naming anyone specifically. Following this, she became the target of severe cyber harassment, prompting her to approach the police. As a result, cases were registered against those responsible for the online abuse. However, Boby Chemmanur was not initially named in her complaint.

Later, Honey Rose filed a formal complaint against Boby Chemmanur at the Ernakulam Central Police Station.

Boby Chemmanur Defends Remarks as Misunderstood

According to reports, Boby Chemmanur responded to the allegations by asserting that his remarks were misunderstood. He explained that Honey Rose had attended the inaugurations of two of his stores several months ago and had been involved in promotional activities. Boby Chemmanur expressed that he intended his comments to be positive, but some individuals had misinterpreted them, which led to unintended upset. He clarified that he would never intentionally cause harm and that his comments were made in jest as part of the marketing campaign.
