Hunt OTT Release: Hunt is a Malayalam horror thriller directed by Shaji Kailas and written by Nikhil Anand. Produced by K. Radhakrishnan under the Jayalakshmi Films banner, the film features Bhavana, Renji Panicker, and Chandhunadh in lead roles. The movie marks the second collaboration between Shaji Kailas and Bhavana after Chinthamani Kolacase (2006). It was released in theaters on August 23, 2024.

Hunt Synopsis

Dr. Keerthi, a forensic postgraduate, uncovers skeletal remains believed to be those of Dr. Sarah, an anesthesia student who had gone missing. As the investigation progresses, the arrival of Dr. Shanavas-Sarah's former partner-triggers a series of unsettling paranormal incidents. With the mystery deepening, Keerthi must confront chilling truths and navigate the unknown to uncover what really happened.

Shaji Kailas directed Hunt, which was produced by K. Radhakrishnan under the banner of Jayalakshmi Films. The film is written by Nikhil Anand, with cinematography by Jackson Johnson and editing by Akhil AR. Kailas Menon composed the music, while art direction is by Boban. Sound design is handled by M. R. Rajakrishnan and Resonance Audios, with the final mix also by Rajakrishnan. VFX work is done by Ident VFX Lab, supervised by Sarath Vinu.
