Kalamkaval Overseas Advance Booking: Advance bookings for the upcoming Malayalam neo-noir crime thriller Kalamkaval have gathered pace in overseas markets ahead of its theatrical release scheduled for December 5. According to tracking data shared by overseas box office observers, the Mammootty and Vinayakan starrer has crossed the $40,000 mark in advance ticket sales outside India with two days still remaining for release.

Industry tracker Jerin Georgekutty reported that real-time overseas pre-sales currently stand at approximately $40,510 (around ₹36.47 lakh). The update also indicates that full-fledged bookings have opened in most international territories where the film is scheduled to release. In the United Kingdom and Ireland, advance sales have crossed £2,000 (roughly $2,650 or ₹2.40 lakh), with over 90 cinemas and more than 100 shows already listed across the two regions.

Initially scheduled to hit theaters on November 27, the film's release was later postponed to December 5. The official teaser was unveiled on August 28, followed by the trailer release on November 13. Since then, promotional activity has picked up across digital and theatrical platforms.
