The film stars Basil Joseph as Luke and Rajesh Madhavan as SK, with Siju Sunny, Babu Antony, and Suresh Krishna-who takes on the role of Jikku-also featuring prominently. Anishma Anilkumar appears as Jessi, while Pooja Mohanraj, Joemon Jyothir, Puliyanam Poulose, and Dheeraj Denny round out the ensemble cast.

Maranamass was directed by Sivaprasad, who also shared writing duties with Siju Sunny. The project was backed by producers Tovino Thomas, Rapheal Pozholiparambil, Tingston Thomas, and Thanzeer Salam under the banners of Tovino Thomas Productions, Rapheal Film Productions, and World Wide Films, with Gokulnath G serving as executive producer.

The cinematography was helmed by Neeraj Revi, and editing was managed by Chaman Chakko. JK composed the music, with lyrics penned by Vinayak Sasikumar. Production design was handled by Maanav Suresh, while Mashar Hamsa and RG Wayanadan were in charge of costumes and makeup, respectively.

Sound design and mixing were done by Vishnu Govind, and Egg White VFX was credited with visual effects. The digital intermediate (DI) was completed by Joyner Thomas. Action sequences were choreographed by Kalai Kingson. Elddho Selvaraj took on production controller duties, with Binu Narayan as co-director and Umesh Radhakrishnan as the chief associate director.

Still photography was done by Harikrishnan, while promotional creatives were designed by Sarcasanam. PRO responsibilities were handled by Vaisakh C. Vadakkeveedu and Jinu Anilkumar. The film was distributed by Tovino Thomas Productions via Icon Cinemas, and the audio rights are with Think Music.
