Marco OTT Release Officially Announced: Here's When And Where To Watch Unni Mukundan's Action Thriller

Marco OTT Release: Marco, a Malayalam neo-noir action thriller, hit theaters on December 20, 2024. Written and directed by Haneef Adeni, the film is produced by Shareef Muhammed under the banner Cubes Entertainments. Unni Mukundan stars in the lead role, with Siddique, Jagadish, Abhimanyu S. Thilakan, Kabir Duhan Singh, Anson Paul, and Yukti Thareja in supporting roles. The film's soundtrack is composed by Ravi Basrur, with Chandru Selvaraj handling cinematography and Shameer Muhammed overseeing editing.

Marco is a standalone spinoff of the 2019 film Mikhael, featuring characters from the original film in a fresh and distinct setting. While the two films aren't directly connected, Marco expands the universe with its own storyline.

The film was released worldwide on December 20, 2024, coinciding with the Christmas season. Its Hindi-dubbed version also premiered the same day, while the Telugu-dubbed version was released on January 1, 2025, followed by the Tamil version on January 3, 2025. Marco has reportedly become the highest-grossing A-rated Malayalam film of all time, ranking as the sixth highest-grossing Malayalam film of 2024 and the ninth highest-grossing Malayalam film overall, with a worldwide collection of ₹102.55 crore, as per box office tracker Sacnilk. Additionally, the Kannada-dubbed version of the film was released on January 31, 2025, across Karnataka.

In a recent update, it was officially confirmed that the OTT rights for Marco have been secured by SonyLIV. The highly anticipated film will be available for streaming starting February 14th in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada, offering fans the opportunity to experience the action-packed movie from the comfort of their homes.
