According to film industry tracker AB George, Officer On Duty has emerged as a mega blockbuster in the Gulf region. The film has recorded an impressive 142,000 admissions in just 11 days, raking in a gross collection of $1.39 million (₹12.13 crores). With this film, Kunchacko Boban has delivered a strong box office performance in the overseas market.

Officer On Duty Synopsis

Harishankar (Hari), a strict and hot-tempered police officer recently demoted to CI, begins investigating a complaint against a man named Chandrababu for attempting to mortgage a fake gold chain. What appears to be a minor case soon unravels into a series of brutal crimes, ultimately reconnecting him to a dark and haunting chapter from his past.

Kunchacko Boban headlines Officer on Duty as CI Harishankar, alongside Priyamani as Geetha and Jagadish as Chandrababu. Vishak Nair plays Christy Savio, while Vishnu G. Warrier takes on the role of Sathya Mithiran. The ensemble cast also features Leya Mammen, Aishwarya Raj, Amit Eapen, Meenakshi Anoop, Ramzan Muhammed, and Vaisakh Shankar in key roles, with notable appearances by Eithal Evana Sherin, Unni Lalu, Sampath Ram, Srikant Murali, Raghunath Paleri, Padmaraj Ratheesh, and C. Directed by Jithu Ashraf and penned by Shahi Kabir, the film is produced by Martin Prakkat, Renjith Nair, and Siby Chavara. Roby Varghese Raj handled cinematography, Jakes Bejoy composed the music, and Chaman Chakko edited the film, with Saiju Sreedharan curating the trailer cut. Jineesh Chandran served as the creative director, while Dileep Nath managed production design. Production control was overseen by Shabeer Malavattathu, and Vishnu Sujathan handled sound mixing.
