With this feat, the film has become the highest-grossing movie at the Kerala box office in 2025, surpassing the previous record set by Rekhachithram.

Officer On Duty Storyline

Harishankar (Hari), a disciplined yet hot-tempered police officer (DYSP), faces a recent demotion to CI. While investigating a complaint involving Chandrababu, a man caught trying to pawn a fake gold chain, he inadvertently stumbles upon a series of violent crimes linked to a tragic incident from his past. As the case unravels, Hari must confront his own anger issues while uncovering the deeper truth behind the crimes.

Kunchacko Boban plays DYSP/CI Harishankar in Officer on Duty, with Priyamani portraying his wife, Geetha. Jagadish appears as Chandrababu, a KSRTC conductor, while Vishak Nair takes on the role of Christy Savio, the main antagonist. The film also features Vaisakh Shankar as DYSP Shahul Raj, Vishnu G. Warrier as Sathya Mithiran, and Ramzan Muhammed as Shyam Babu. Leya Mammen plays Celine Joan, with Aishwarya Raj as Anna Louis and Amit Eapen as Lance. Meenakshi Anoop and Eithal Evana Sherin portray Harishankar's daughters, Nila and Minnu, respectively.
