According to film industry tracker Movie Planet, the re-release of Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha has garnered ₹59 lakh at the Kerala box office in its first five days. The film opened with ₹9 lakh on Day 1 and saw a steady rise over the weekend, earning ₹14 lakh on Day 2 and ₹18 lakh on Day 3. While collections dipped to ₹8 lakh on Day 4, Day 5 witnessed a slight rebound with ₹10 lakh, surpassing the earnings of both Day 1 and Day 4. The strong response to the digitally remastered 4K Atmos version highlights the film's enduring legacy and appeal among Malayalam cinema enthusiasts.

Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha Storyline

Set in 16th-century Kerala, Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha tells the story of Chandu, an orphan raised by Kannappan Chekavar. As family rivalries intensify, Chandu's love for Unniyarcha is obstructed by his cousin Aromal. A series of betrayals cast doubt on Chandu's loyalty, ultimately leading to tragic consequences, including a fatal duel with his nephews, Aromal Unni and Kannappan Unni.
