Jishnu Harindra, who made his directorial debut with the 2021 film No Man's Land, returns with this feature that blends elements of drama and intrigue. The screenplay for Parannu Parannu Parannu Chellan is penned by Vishnuraj. The film is backed by JM Infotainment and features Siddharth Bharathan and Unni Lalu in leading roles.
