Ponman Premise

Set in the coastal region of Kollam, Ponman revolves around PP Ajesh (Basil Joseph), a jewelry expert who loans gold to brides' families in return for their wedding cash gifts. When one family struggles to repay the debt, Ajesh sets out on a tense mission to retrieve the gold, exposing deeper societal issues related to dowry and wealth.
