Rekhachithram OTT Release: The Malayalam mystery crime thriller Rekhachithram hit theaters on January 9, 2025. Directed by Jofin T. Chacko, the film is written by John Manthrickal and Ramu Sunil, based on a story by Ramu Sunil. Produced by Kavya Film Company and Ann Mega Media, it stars Asif Ali and Anaswara Rajan in lead roles, with Manoj K. Jayan, Siddique, Jagadish, Saikumar, Harisree Ashokan, and Indrans in supporting roles.

Rekhachithram is set to make its digital premiere on SonyLIV on March 7. Announcing the OTT release date, the platform shared on its social media, "A forgotten crime. A buried truth. Time to uncover it all. Rekhachithram streaming from 7th March on SonyLIV." Audiences can now mark their calendars to watch the mystery crime thriller from the comfort of their homes.

Rekhachithram Storyline

A police officer with a tainted past is transferred to a secluded hill town, where he becomes entangled in a decades-old mystery involving a suicide, a missing woman, and a hidden crime. As he digs deeper, his pursuit of justice uncovers shocking revelations tied to the film industry.

Rekhachithram features a large ensemble cast, headlined by Asif Ali and Anaswara Rajan in the lead roles. The film also includes Manoj K. Jayan, Zarin Shihab, Siddique, Bhama Arun, Megha Thomas, Jagadish, Nishanth Sagar, Indrans, Harisree Ashokan, Priyanka, Nandu, Unni Lalu, Shaheen Siddique, T.G. Ravi, Sreejith Ravi, Sudhy Koppa, Srikanth Murali, Vijay Menon, Shaju Sreedhar, Sanju Sanchien, Anuroop, Jayashankar, Dileep Menon, and Pauly Valsan.

Directed by Jofin T. Chacko and produced by Venu Kunnappilly, the film was scripted by John Manthrickal and Ramu Sunil. Appu Prabhakar handled cinematography, while Shameer Muhammad took charge of editing, and Mujeeb Majeed composed the music. Shaji Naduvil served as the production designer, and Jayadevan Chakkadath oversaw sound design. The creative team also included costume designer Sameera Saneesh, makeup artist Ronex Xavier, and choreographer Santhy Master, with visual effects by Andrew D'Cruz and Vishakh Babu at Mindstein Studios.
