According to film industry tracker AB George, "Rekhachithram" is off to a sensational start at the worldwide box office, raking in ₹18.56 crore gross in its first three days. The film collected ₹4.21 crore on Day 1, ₹5.95 crore on Day 2, and an impressive ₹8.4 crore on Day 3. Notably, the third day marked the highest single-day collection for an Asif Ali starrer, surpassing the Day 10 gross of "Kishkindha Kaandam" (₹8.05 crore). With its current momentum, "Rekhachithram" is poised to cross the ₹25 crore gross mark by the end of its opening weekend, solidifying its blockbuster status.

Rekhachithram Premise

In the remote hills of Malakkappara, a newly appointed police officer's tranquil posting takes an unexpected turn when an old crime resurfaces. Tasked with investigating the decades-old mystery of a young nun's disappearance, he unravels hidden secrets and long-buried connections. As the probe intensifies, tensions rise, exposing betrayal, corruption, and a startling revelation.
