Shahi Kabir returns with his second directorial venture

This is director Shahi Kabir's second feature film, following his 2022 debut, Ela Veezha Poonchira. Prior to stepping into direction, Kabir was widely recognized for his screenplay work in Nayattu, for which he received the Best Screenplay Award at the 69th National Film Awards. He also penned Joseph, another notable title in his writing career. Ronth arrives after Kabir's script contribution to the commercially successful Officer on Duty.

The film is presented by Junglee Pictures in association with Festival Cinemas. It is produced by Vineet Jain, Rathish Ambat, Renjith EVM, and Jojo Jose, with Amrita Pandey serving as co-producer.

The cast includes Sudhi Koppa, Arun Cherukavil, Krisha Kurup, Nandanunni, Lakshmi Menon, and child actor Baby Nandhootty in key roles.
