The Pet Detective OTT Release: Sharaf U Dheen's latest Malayalam action comedy, The Pet Detective, is set to reach digital audiences shortly after completing its theatrical run. The film, which hit cinemas on October 16, 2025, has drawn attention for its blend of humor and suspense, centering on a young detective navigating unexpected dangers while pursuing personal goals.

In the film, Sharaf U Dheen plays Tony Jose Alula, a young man determined to win the affection of his love interest, Kaikeyi Menon. To prove himself, Tony joins his father's detective agency, initially handling routine pet-related cases. However, his seemingly ordinary assignments soon escalate into a high-stakes situation involving kidnapping and international smuggling. Along the way, he contends with Inspector Rajath, whose constant interference challenges Tony's resourcefulness and determination.

The ensemble cast includes Vinayakan, Vinay Forrt, Anupama Parameswaran, Shyam Mohan, Joemon Jyothir, Bhagath Manuel, Vijayaraghavan, and Renji Panicker, contributing to a mix of dramatic and comedic moments.
