Thudarum Synopsis

Shanmugham (Benz), a taxi driver residing in the serene hill town of Perunad, Ranni, leads a modest life with his wife and two children. When his vintage car is wrongly seized by the police, his life takes a dramatic turn. The situation worsens when his son, Pavi, becomes involved in a conflict with the local police, leading to tragic consequences. Shanmugham is left to navigate the dark realities of betrayal, corruption, and a quest for justice. As he faces mounting challenges, he must confront powerful forces and fight for what he believes is right. The story explores themes of family, loss, and the pursuit of justice in an unjust world.

The film features an ensemble cast with Mohanlal as Shanmugham "Benz," a taxi driver who faces a series of tragic events. Shobana portrays his wife, Lalitha, while Prakash Varma and Binu Pappu play CI George Mathan and SI Benny C Kurian, respectively. Thomas Mathew stars as Pavi Shanmugham, with Master Rudraksh portraying a younger version of Pavi.
