Thudarum Synopsis

Shanmugham (Benz), a humble taxi driver living in the peaceful hill town of Perunad, Ranni, shares a simple life with his wife and two children. His world turns upside down when the police wrongfully seize his cherished vintage car. The situation intensifies when his son, Pavi, finds himself in a deadly confrontation with the local police, leading to tragic outcomes. Shanmugham is thrust into a harsh reality filled with betrayal, corruption, and an unrelenting pursuit of justice. As he faces growing obstacles, he must challenge powerful forces and stand firm in his fight for what is right. The film boasts an ensemble cast led by Mohanlal as Shanmugham "Benz," a taxi driver caught in a series of tragic events. Shobana plays his wife, Lalitha, while Prakash Varma and Binu Pappu portray CI George Mathan and SI Benny C Kurian, respectively. Thomas Mathew stars as Pavi Shanmugham, with Master Rudraksh playing a younger version of Pavi.
