Directed by Tharun Moorthy, who co-wrote the screenplay with K.R. Sunil, the film has been generating buzz among cinephiles, thanks to its intriguing premise and powerhouse cast.

Produced by M. Renjith under the banner of Rejaputhra Visual Media, Thudarum boasts an ensemble cast featuring Farhaan Faasil, Maniyanpilla Raju, Binu Pappu, Irshad Ali, Aarsha Chandini Baiju, Thomas Mathew, Krishna Praba, Prakash Varma, and Aravind. Adding to the film's cinematic appeal is the music and background score composed by Jakes Bejoy.

The film's principal photography commenced in April 2024 and wrapped up in November, completing a demanding 99-day schedule. The cinematography was handled by Shaji Kumar, with editing by Shafeeque V.B. and Nishadh Yusuf. Other key contributors include production designer Gokul Das, costume designer Sameera Saneesh, and renowned makeup artist Pattanam Rasheed. Audiography was done by Vishnu Govind, while Avantika Renjith served as the executive producer. Dixon Poduthas took on the role of production controller, with Binu Pappu as the co-director. Amal C. Sadhar was responsible for still photography, and the film's designs were crafted by Yellowtooths.
