United Kingdom Of Kerala UKOK Now Streaming On OTT

United Kingdom of Kerala (UKOK) Now on OTT: The Malayalam family drama United Kingdom of Kerala (UKOK), written and directed by Arun Vaiga, is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video. The film, which had its theatrical release on June 20, 2025, stars Ranjith Sajeev in the lead, supported by a seasoned ensemble including Johny Antony, Indrans, Manju Pillai, Manoj K. Jayan, and Sangeetha.

Set in contemporary Kerala, UKOK follows the story of Tony, a diligent college student caught between his own aspirations and his father's hopes of sending him abroad for a better life. When Tony makes a decision that directly opposes his father's wishes, it not only puts their relationship to the test but also becomes the catalyst for a larger youth-driven movement in the state. The plot focuses on a personal conflict between a father and son, which eventually connects to broader themes involving youth, migration, and generational expectations in Kerala.

Take a Poll

Ranjith Sajeev, who made his presence felt with Golam, returns to the screen in UKOK in a character-driven role. Golam, directed by debutant Samjad and also produced by Anne and Sajeev, was reportedly an average performer at the box office. Ranjith is currently working on Half, a vampire-themed film, once again collaborating with Samjad.

United Kingdom of Kerala is now available to watch on Amazon Prime Video, marking its digital debut nearly a month after its theatrical release.
